Quality Control

We have a strict quality control procedures that are implemented to ensure the whole concrete pipe manufacturing process is accounted for completely. This includes mixing and batching of concrete, with appropriate aggregates. The quality of RCC Hume is determined by Hydraulic pressure test, three edge bearing test and Permeability test in accordance with IS: 3597. We have own laboratory to conduct the above test.The cube test is done to check the compressive strength of concrete cubes as per IS: 516

Hydraulic Pressure Test

This test is conducted by applying water pressure from a pump to the pipe covered on all sides to find how much pressure the pipe withstands before it leaks. The pipe quality is approved if the tested pressure is compatible with the ISI specifications.

Permeability Test

The permeability test when conducted in accordance with method described in IS : 3597 shall meet the requirement of final permeability, which shall not exceed 0.3 cubic cm.Separate sheet enclosed as

Three Edge bearing test

This test is conducted by applying load on the pipe through a jack until the pipe gets cracked. The pipe passes the test if the load conditions specified as per the IS specification are satisfied.

Production capacity

WE can supply Pipe as per the requirement of the customer. Also we are maintaing huge quantity of stock of each class. Separte sheet enclosed as Annexure- IV for daily production capacity of each class of pipe.
